  • 50ml Three Wrens Pepper Street Gin
  • 75ml Fresh pineapple juice
  • 10ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 10ml Sugar syrup (1:1 ratio of sugar to water)
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple wedge or leaves (for garnish)
  • Cracked black pepper (optional, for garnish)

Step-by-Step

  1. Fill your shaker: Add a good handful of ice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the ingredients: Pour in 50ml of Three Wrens Pepper Street Gin, 75ml of pineapple juice, 10ml of lime juice, and 10ml of sugar syrup.
  3. Shake: Shake hard for about 15 seconds to mix and chill the drink well.
  4. Prepare your glass: Fill a large tumbler or highball glass with fresh ice.
  5. Strain: Strain the cocktail over the ice in your prepared glass.
  6. Garnish: Add a wedge of pineapple or a couple of pineapple leaves. A light sprinkle of cracked black pepper over the top works brilliantly if you want to highlight the gin’s pepper notes.
