Well balanced and very quaffable.
Great balance of spice and makes a refreshing alternative to fruit based gins.
Have been fortunate to try, I believe all of the Three Wrens catalogue (ultimate favourite being Bison grass) and this is another stunner. Looking forward to what comes next.
