Cocktail Suggestions
Summer Spritz
35ml Exquisite Citrus Gin, 15ml Aperol, 150ml dry sparkling wine, orange and mint garnish
White Lady
35ml Exquisite Citrus Gin, 15ml Cointreau, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml sugar syrup, one egg white, Shake and fine strain into a coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Toasted Apple Sour
50ml apple crumble gin, 25ml lime juice, 20ml cinnamon syrup, 1 egg white, shake and strain, dust with nutmeg
Mulled Apple Crumble Gin (serve hot!)
50ml apple crumble gin, 200ml warm apple juice, mulled wine spices. Stir & serve.
Frisky Spritz
50ml bison grass gin, 100ml cloudy apple juice, 50ml soda, 50ml Prosecco. Build and stir, garnish with apple.
Frisky Bison
50ml Bison grass gin, 10ml ginger cordial, 5 mint leaves, 150ml cloudy apple juice, squeeze of lime. Shake and strain over ice, garnish with ginger.
Modena Spritz
35ml Raspberry gin, 15ml Chambord, 150ml pink Champagne, stir over ice and garnish with flowers.
Clover Club
40ml raspberry gin, 10ml dry vermouth, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml sugar syrup, 5 fresh raspberries, 1 egg white. Muddle raspberries sin shaker, add ingredients, shake, fine strain. Garnish with raspberries.
Classic Martini
Stir 75ml gin with 5ml dry vermouth, strain into a chilled nick and Nora glass, serve up with lemon zest
Gin Fizz
50ml dry gin, 50ml pink grapefruit juice, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml sugar syrup, shake with ice, top with soda, garnish with rosemary and grapefruit
Tom Collins
50ml Rhubarb gin, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml sugar syrup, top with soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel
R&R Bramble
50ml rhubarb gin, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml sugar syrup, shake and strain over crushed ice, drizzle raspberry liqueur over the top. Garnish with berries.
50ml Bloody Apricot Gin, 200ml Classic or Mediterranean Tonic, fresh citrus garnish (both lemon and orange work well).
50ml Bloody Apricot Gin, 150ml Sparkling Wine, 50ml Soda, grapefruit peel garnish.
35ml Bloody Apricot Gin, 15ml triple sec, 25ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup, one egg white, one teaspoon of marmalade, shake with ice and fine strain into a cocktail glass.
35ml key lime pie gin, 15ml Amaretto, 150ml pineapple juice, 5ml fresh lime juice, shake and strain over ice.
