FORMAT OF THE ACTIVITY:

• Welcome cocktail •

• Guests seated at workstations with mini copper stills •

• Introduction by the distiller, explaining the process •

• Gin Tasting laid out for you to enjoy at your own pace •

• Guests choose ingredients from our extensive botanical wall (guidance given) •

• Heat up your spirit and botanicals, gin will start flowing after 20 minutes •

• Lunch is served •

• Gins are finished, you will label and seal them by dipping in wax •

• Gins presented in gift bags for you to take home •

• Prizes given for ‘Gin of the day’! •
