Ingredients

  • 200ml Three Wrens Ultrasonic Christmas Gin
  • 500ml Cloudy apple juice
  • 250ml Cranberry juice
  • 150ml Ginger beer
  • 100ml Fresh orange juice
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 3–4 Cloves
  • 1 Star anise
  • Orange slices, apple slices, and cranberries (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare your punch bowl: Add plenty of ice cubes to a large punch bowl or jug.
  2. Mix the base: Pour in 200ml of Three Wrens Ultrasonic Christmas Gin, 500ml of cloudy apple juice, 250ml of cranberry juice, and 100ml of orange juice.
  3. Add the spices: Drop in a cinnamon stick, star anise, and cloves.
  4. Top up: Just before serving, add 150ml of ginger beer to keep the fizz fresh.
  5. Garnish: Add plenty of sliced oranges, apples, and a handful of cranberries for a colourful, festive look.
  6. Serve: Ladle into glasses filled with ice. You can add a cinnamon stick or a few cranberries to each glass if you like.
