Winter Punch
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 200ml Three Wrens Ultrasonic Christmas Gin
- 500ml Cloudy apple juice
- 250ml Cranberry juice
- 150ml Ginger beer
- 100ml Fresh orange juice
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 3–4 Cloves
- 1 Star anise
- Orange slices, apple slices, and cranberries (for garnish)
- Ice cubes
Step-by-Step
- Prepare your punch bowl: Add plenty of ice cubes to a large punch bowl or jug.
- Mix the base: Pour in 200ml of Three Wrens Ultrasonic Christmas Gin, 500ml of cloudy apple juice, 250ml of cranberry juice, and 100ml of orange juice.
- Add the spices: Drop in a cinnamon stick, star anise, and cloves.
- Top up: Just before serving, add 150ml of ginger beer to keep the fizz fresh.
- Garnish: Add plenty of sliced oranges, apples, and a handful of cranberries for a colourful, festive look.
- Serve: Ladle into glasses filled with ice. You can add a cinnamon stick or a few cranberries to each glass if you like.
