Ultrasonic Negroni Noël

Ingredients

  • 30ml Three Wrens Ultrasonic Christmas Gin
  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml Sweet Vermouth
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange peel (for garnish)
  • Star anise (optional, for garnish)

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare your glass: Fill a rocks glass with ice to chill it while you make the drink.
  2. Mix the drink: In a mixing glass, add plenty of ice cubes. Pour in 30ml of Three Wrens Ultrasonic Christmas Gin, 30ml of Campari, and 30ml of Sweet Vermouth.
  3. Stir: Stir slowly for about 30 seconds until the drink is properly chilled and slightly diluted.
  4. Strain: Empty the ice from your rocks glass and strain the Negroni mixture into it over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish: Twist a strip of orange peel over the top to release the oils, then drop it into the glass. A star anise floated on top adds a lovely festive aroma if you like.
