Summer Punch
Serves: 4–6 servings (depending on glass size)
Ingredients
- 250ml Three Wrens Raspberry Gin
- 150ml Elderflower cordial
- 200ml Apple juice (cloudy works well)
- 100ml Lemonade or soda water (for topping up)
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 1 Lime, sliced
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- A handful of fresh raspberries
- A few sprigs of mint
- Ice
Step-by-Step
- Prepare a large jug or pitcher – make sure it has room for all the ingredients and a good amount of ice.
- Add the gin, elderflower cordial, and apple juice – stir well to combine.
- Drop in the fruit and herbs – lemon, lime, cucumber, raspberries, and mint sprigs.
- Fill with ice – enough to chill the whole mix.
- Top with lemonade or soda – just before serving to keep the fizz.
Serve in glasses over ice – making sure each glass gets some fruit and herbs.
