Summer Punch

Serves: 4–6 servings (depending on glass size)

Ingredients

  • 250ml Three Wrens Raspberry Gin
  • 150ml Elderflower cordial
  • 200ml Apple juice (cloudy works well)
  • 100ml Lemonade or soda water (for topping up)
  • 1 Lemon, sliced
  • 1 Lime, sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • A handful of fresh raspberries
  • A few sprigs of mint
  • Ice

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare a large jug or pitcher – make sure it has room for all the ingredients and a good amount of ice.
  2. Add the gin, elderflower cordial, and apple juice – stir well to combine.
  3. Drop in the fruit and herbs – lemon, lime, cucumber, raspberries, and mint sprigs.
  4. Fill with ice – enough to chill the whole mix.
  5. Top with lemonade or soda – just before serving to keep the fizz.

Serve in glasses over ice – making sure each glass gets some fruit and herbs.
