Spiced Rum Punch
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 250ml Three Wrens Spiced Golden Rum
- 100ml Fresh lime juice
- 100ml Pineapple juice
- 100ml Orange juice
- 60ml Sugar syrup (or to taste)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: Lime wheels, orange slices, and a handful of fresh mint
- Optional: a splash of grenadine for colour
- Ice
Step-by-Step
- Add all the ingredients to a jug or punch bowl – rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, sugar syrup, and bitters.
- Stir well – taste and adjust sweetness with more syrup or tartness with more lime if needed.
- Fill with ice – to chill and slightly dilute.
- Add garnish – float in fresh lime wheels, orange slices, and a handful of mint for aroma and colour.
- Serve in tumblers over ice – make sure each glass gets a bit of the fruit garnish.
