Ingredients

  • 250ml Three Wrens Spiced Golden Rum
  • 100ml Fresh lime juice
  • 100ml Pineapple juice
  • 100ml Orange juice
  • 60ml Sugar syrup (or to taste)
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: Lime wheels, orange slices, and a handful of fresh mint
  • Optional: a splash of grenadine for colour
  • Ice

Step-by-Step

  1. Add all the ingredients to a jug or punch bowl – rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, sugar syrup, and bitters.
  2. Stir well – taste and adjust sweetness with more syrup or tartness with more lime if needed.
  3. Fill with ice – to chill and slightly dilute.
  4. Add garnish – float in fresh lime wheels, orange slices, and a handful of mint for aroma and colour.
  5. Serve in tumblers over ice – make sure each glass gets a bit of the fruit garnish.
