  • 50ml Three Wrens Spiced London Dry Gin
  • 50ml Cloudy apple juice
  • 15ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 10ml Sugar syrup or honey syrup
  • 3–4 fresh mint leaves
  • Garnish: Apple slice and a mint sprig
  • Ice

Step-by-Step

  1. Muddle the mint gently – in a shaker with the sugar or honey syrup (don’t overdo it, you want aroma, not bitterness).
  2. Add the gin, apple juice, and lemon juice – then fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well – for 15 seconds until chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice – use a fine strainer if you want it super smooth.
  5. Garnish – with a fresh apple slice and a sprig of mint for a crisp, clean finish.
