- 50ml Three Wrens Rhubarb Gin Fizz
- 15ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup (optional, depending on your taste)
- 100ml Soda water (or more, to top up)
- Garnish: Lemon wheel or a stick of rhubarb
- Ice
Step-by-Step
- Fill a highball or large wine glass with ice – plenty of it to keep the drink crisp.
- Add the gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup – give it a quick stir to mix.
- Top with soda water – pour gently to keep the fizz.
- Stir again lightly – just once or twice to bring everything together.
- Garnish – with a lemon wheel or a thin stick of rhubarb for a visual kick.
