  • 50ml Three Wrens Rhubarb Gin Fizz
  • 15ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 10ml Sugar syrup (optional, depending on your taste)
  • 100ml Soda water (or more, to top up)
  • Garnish: Lemon wheel or a stick of rhubarb
  • Ice

Step-by-Step

  1. Fill a highball or large wine glass with ice – plenty of it to keep the drink crisp.
  2. Add the gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup – give it a quick stir to mix.
  3. Top with soda water – pour gently to keep the fizz.
  4. Stir again lightly – just once or twice to bring everything together.
  5. Garnish – with a lemon wheel or a thin stick of rhubarb for a visual kick.
