Ingredients
- 25ml Three Wrens Raspberry Gin
- 10ml Chambord (or another raspberry liqueur – optional, for depth)
- Top up with Champagne or a good dry sparkling wine
- Garnish: Fresh raspberry or a twist of lemon peel
Step-by-Step
- Pour the gin into a flute – or a coupe glass if you prefer a wider serve.
- Add the Chambord – optional, but it gives the drink a richer berry base.
- Top with chilled Champagne – pour slowly to preserve the bubbles.
- Garnish – drop in a fresh raspberry or twist a strip of lemon peel over the top.
