- 250ml Three Wrens Passion Fruit Gin
- 150ml Peach liqueur (like Archers or similar)
- 300ml White peach juice (or regular peach juice)
- 150ml Passion fruit juice
- 100ml Fresh orange juice
- 1 Lime, sliced into wheels
- 1 Orange, sliced into half moons
- 1 Fresh passion fruit, halved
- A handful of mint leaves
- Ice (enough to fill the jug)
- Optional: top with soda water or lemonade for a lighter serve
Step-by-Step
- Prepare a large jug or pitcher – make sure it’s big enough to hold all the ingredients and plenty of ice.
- Add the gin and liqueur – pour in the Three Wrens Passion Fruit Gin and peach liqueur first.
- Add the juices – follow with the peach juice, passion fruit juice, and orange juice. Stir gently to combine.
- Add fresh fruit and mint – drop in the sliced lime, orange, passion fruit halves, and a handful of mint leaves.
- Fill with ice – pack the jug with ice to keep everything chilled.
- Optional – top up with soda water or lemonade if you want to stretch it a bit or prefer a lighter flavour.
- Serve – pour into tumblers or stemless wine glasses over ice, making sure each glass gets some fruit and mint.
