Ingredients

  • 25ml Three Wrens Original Dry Gin
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Sweet vermouth
  • Garnish: Orange twist or slice
  • Ice

Step-by-Step

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice – or you can build it straight in a rocks glass if you prefer.
  2. Add the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth – equal parts is the traditional ratio.
  3. Stir well – about 20–30 seconds, until nicely chilled.
  4. Strain or serve – strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, or just give it a stir if you built it in-glass.
  5. Garnish – twist an orange peel over the drink and drop it in, or use a slice for a rounder citrus aroma.
