Mulled Gin Cider

Ingredients
- 50ml Three Wrens Ultrasonic Christmas Gin
- 200ml Cloudy apple cider
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 2–3 Cloves
- 1 Star anise
- 1 Orange slice
- 1–2 tsp Honey (to taste)
- Fresh apple slices or orange peel (for garnish)
Step-by-Step
- Warm the cider: Pour the apple cider into a small saucepan. Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, star anise, and an orange slice.
- Heat gently: Warm the cider over a low heat for about 5–7 minutes. It should be steaming but not boiling.
- Sweeten: Stir in the honey to taste.
- Add the gin: Take the pan off the heat and stir in 50ml of Three Wrens Ultrasonic Christmas Gin.
- Serve: Pour into a heatproof mug or glass.
- Garnish: Add a slice of fresh apple, an extra twist of orange peel, or a cinnamon stick if you like.
