  • 50ml Three Wrens Ultrasonic Christmas Gin
  • 200ml Cloudy apple cider
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2–3 Cloves
  • 1 Star anise
  • 1 Orange slice
  • 1–2 tsp Honey (to taste)
  • Fresh apple slices or orange peel (for garnish)

Step-by-Step

  1. Warm the cider: Pour the apple cider into a small saucepan. Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, star anise, and an orange slice.
  2. Heat gently: Warm the cider over a low heat for about 5–7 minutes. It should be steaming but not boiling.
  3. Sweeten: Stir in the honey to taste.
  4. Add the gin: Take the pan off the heat and stir in 50ml of Three Wrens Ultrasonic Christmas Gin.
  5. Serve: Pour into a heatproof mug or glass.
  6. Garnish: Add a slice of fresh apple, an extra twist of orange peel, or a cinnamon stick if you like.
