Green Meadow Martini

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 50ml Three Wrens Bison Grass Gin
  • 15ml Elderflower liqueur (e.g., St-Germain)
  • 10ml Dry vermouth
  • 5ml Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • A few fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: Cucumber ribbon or mint sprig

Step-by-Step

  1. Chill your glass
Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer, or fill with ice water to chill while you prepare the drink.
  2. Muddle mint
In a mixing glass, gently muddle 2–3 mint leaves to release the oils. Don’t overdo it—just a light press.
  3. Combine ingredients
Add the Bison Grass Gin, elderflower liqueur, dry vermouth, and lime juice to the mixing glass. Fill with ice.
  4. Stir
Stir well for about 20–30 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and diluted just right.
  5. Strain
Double strain into the chilled martini glass to keep it clean and smooth.
  6. Garnish
Garnish with a long cucumber ribbon curled around the inside of the glass, or a fresh mint sprig for extra aroma.
