Green Meadow Martini
Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 50ml Three Wrens Bison Grass Gin
- 15ml Elderflower liqueur (e.g., St-Germain)
- 10ml Dry vermouth
- 5ml Lime juice, freshly squeezed
- A few fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes

Step-by-Step
- Chill your glass
Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer, or fill with ice water to chill while you prepare the drink. - Muddle mint
In a mixing glass, gently muddle 2–3 mint leaves to release the oils. Don’t overdo it—just a light press. - Combine ingredients
Add the Bison Grass Gin, elderflower liqueur, dry vermouth, and lime juice to the mixing glass. Fill with ice. - Stir
Stir well for about 20–30 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and diluted just right. - Strain
Double strain into the chilled martini glass to keep it clean and smooth. - Garnish
Garnish with a long cucumber ribbon curled around the inside of the glass, or a fresh mint sprig for extra aroma.
