- 10ml Dry vermouth

- Chill your martini or coupe glass – place it in the freezer or fill with ice water while you prep the drink.
- Add the gin and vermouth to a mixing glass – include bitters or brine if using.
- Fill with ice and stir – for 20–30 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.
- Strain into your chilled glass – for a clean, clear finish.
