Garden Fruit Cooler

Ingredients
- 50ml Three Wrens Lychee & Redcurrant Gin
- 50ml Apple juice (cloudy if possible)
- 25ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- Handful of fresh berries (such as raspberries, strawberries, or redcurrants)
- Soda water (to top up)
- Ice cubes
- Mint sprig and berries (for garnish)
Step-by-Step
- Muddle the fruit: In a shaker, lightly crush a few fresh berries with the lemon juice and sugar syrup to release their juices.
- Add the gin and apple juice: Pour in 50ml of Three Wrens Lychee & Redcurrant Gin and 50ml of apple juice.
- Shake: Add a handful of ice cubes and shake firmly for about 15 seconds.
- Prepare your glass: Fill a large glass with ice cubes.
- Strain: Strain the mixture into the glass.
- Top up: Add a splash of soda water to give it a light sparkle.
- Garnish: Decorate with a sprig of mint and a few extra berries for a fresh garden look.
