Garden Fruit Cooler

Ingredients

  • 50ml Three Wrens Lychee & Redcurrant Gin
  • 50ml Apple juice (cloudy if possible)
  • 25ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 10ml Sugar syrup
  • Handful of fresh berries (such as raspberries, strawberries, or redcurrants)
  • Soda water (to top up)
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint sprig and berries (for garnish)

Step-by-Step

  1. Muddle the fruit: In a shaker, lightly crush a few fresh berries with the lemon juice and sugar syrup to release their juices.
  2. Add the gin and apple juice: Pour in 50ml of Three Wrens Lychee & Redcurrant Gin and 50ml of apple juice.
  3. Shake: Add a handful of ice cubes and shake firmly for about 15 seconds.
  4. Prepare your glass: Fill a large glass with ice cubes.
  5. Strain: Strain the mixture into the glass.
  6. Top up: Add a splash of soda water to give it a light sparkle.
  7. Garnish: Decorate with a sprig of mint and a few extra berries for a fresh garden look.
