- 100ml Three Wrens Raspberry Gin
- 40ml Fresh lime juice
- 30ml Sugar syrup (1:1 ratio)
- 60g Frozen raspberries
- 1 to 1½ cups crushed ice (adjust for texture)
- Garnish: Fresh raspberries or a lime wheel
Step-by-Step
- Add everything to a blender – the raspberry gin, lime juice, sugar syrup, frozen raspberries, and crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth – you’re aiming for a thick slushy texture. Add a bit more ice if it’s too runny, or a splash of water if it’s too thick.
- Taste and adjust – add a touch more lime or syrup depending on your balance preference.
- Pour into chilled glasses – coupes or margarita-style glasses work nicely.
- Garnish – add a few fresh raspberries or a lime wheel on the rim.
