  1. Add everything to a blender – the raspberry gin, lime juice, sugar syrup, frozen raspberries, and crushed ice.
  2. Blend until smooth – you’re aiming for a thick slushy texture. Add a bit more ice if it’s too runny, or a splash of water if it’s too thick.
