- Garnish: Half a passion fruit or lime wheel
Step-by-Step
- Add everything to a blender – gin, lime juice, simple syrup, passion fruit purée, and crushed ice. Add a splash of orange liqueur if you like a touch of citrus complexity.
- Blend until smooth – you’re aiming for a slushy texture. If it’s too runny, add a bit more ice and blend again.
- Taste and tweak – adjust with more lime or syrup depending on whether you want it more tart or sweet.
