Ingredients
- 35ml Three Wrens Original Dry Gin
- 15ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup (1:1 ratio)
- 75ml Champagne (or a good dry sparkling wine)
- Garnish: Lemon twist
- Ice
Step-by-Step
- Shake the gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup – add them to a shaker with ice and shake well for around 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a flute – or a coupe glass, depending on your preference.
- Top with Champagne – pour gently so it doesn’t foam over.
- Garnish – twist a strip of lemon peel over the glass and drop it in.
