Ingredients

  • 35ml Three Wrens Original Dry Gin
  • 15ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 10ml Sugar syrup (1:1 ratio)
  • 75ml Champagne (or a good dry sparkling wine)
  • Garnish: Lemon twist
  • Ice

Step-by-Step

  1. Shake the gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup – add them to a shaker with ice and shake well for around 10–15 seconds.
  2. Strain into a flute – or a coupe glass, depending on your preference.
  3. Top with Champagne – pour gently so it doesn’t foam over.
  4. Garnish – twist a strip of lemon peel over the glass and drop it in.
