  • 25ml Fresh lime juice
  • 15ml Sugar syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: 2 drops of celery or basil bitters (if you want an extra herbal lift)
  • Garnish: Cucumber ribbon or a small sprig of thyme
  • Ice

Step-by-Step

  1. Add gin, lime juice, and sugar syrup to a shaker – include bitters if using.
  2. Fill with ice and shake well – around 15 seconds until properly chilled.
  3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass – smooth and sharp is the aim.
  4. Garnish – curl a cucumber ribbon inside the glass or float a small thyme sprig on top.
