Ingredients

  • 50ml Three Wrens Original Dry Gin
  • 25ml Elderflower cordial
  • 15ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 50ml Soda water (or more, to taste)
  • Garnish: Cucumber ribbon or mint sprig
  • Ice

Step-by-Step

  1. Fill a glass with ice – a stemless wine glass or highball works well.
  2. Add gin, elderflower cordial, and lemon juice – pour over the ice and give it a quick stir.
  3. Top with soda water – add as much as you like, depending on how light you want it.
  4. Garnish – slide in a cucumber ribbon or tuck in a fresh mint sprig for a cooling finish.
