- 60ml Three Wrens Original Dry Gin
- 10ml Dry vermouth
- 10ml Olive brine (from a jar of green olives)
- Garnish: Green olives (1–3, depending on preference)

Step-by-Step
- Chill your glass – place a martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water while you prepare the drink.
- Add ingredients to a mixing glass – gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine.
- Add plenty of ice and stir – stir gently for 20–30 seconds to chill and blend the flavours.
- Strain into the chilled glass – use a fine strainer for a clean, smooth pour.
- Garnish – drop in one or more green olives on a cocktail stick.
