  • 15ml Irish cream liqueur (e.g. Baileys)
  • 10ml Double cream (lightly whipped or poured gently)
  • Garnish: Grated chocolate, coffee dust, or a tiny biscuit crumb

Step-by-Step

  1. Chill a shot glass – or use a mini dessert glass for a more elegant look.
  2. Pour in the coffee liqueur – as the base layer.
  3. Slowly float the Irish cream on top – pour gently over the back of a spoon for a clean layer.
  4. Top with double cream – lightly whip it for a soft texture, or float it gently if using it unwhipped.
  5. Garnish – sprinkle over grated chocolate, coffee dust, or a tiny pinch of crushed biscuit.
