- 25ml Three Wrens Cold Pressed Coffee Liqueur
- 15ml Irish cream liqueur (e.g. Baileys)
- 10ml Double cream (lightly whipped or poured gently)
- Garnish: Grated chocolate, coffee dust, or a tiny biscuit crumb
Step-by-Step
- Chill a shot glass – or use a mini dessert glass for a more elegant look.
- Pour in the coffee liqueur – as the base layer.
- Slowly float the Irish cream on top – pour gently over the back of a spoon for a clean layer.
- Top with double cream – lightly whip it for a soft texture, or float it gently if using it unwhipped.
- Garnish – sprinkle over grated chocolate, coffee dust, or a tiny pinch of crushed biscuit.
