Ingredients

  • 50ml Three Wrens Bison Grass Gin
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml elderflower cordial
  • 50ml cloudy apple juice
  • Top-up soda water (to taste, usually around 50–75ml)
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: thin apple slice and a mint sprig (optional but recommended)

Step-by-Step

  1. Chill your glass – A highball or large wine glass works best. Fill it with ice and set aside.
  2. Prepare your shaker – In a cocktail shaker, add:
    • 50ml Bison Grass Gin
    • 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
    • 15ml elderflower cordial
    • 50ml cloudy apple juice
  3. Shake it up – Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Strain and serve – Discard the ice from your glass. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top up – Add a splash (around 50–75ml) of soda water to lengthen the drink to your preferred taste.
  6. Garnish – Float a thin apple slice on top and add a fresh mint sprig for aroma and a touch of visual flair.
