  • 25ml Vodka (use a clean, neutral vodka)
  • 1 scoop of good quality vanilla ice cream
  • Optional: 15ml Espresso or cold brew concentrate (for extra depth)
  • Garnish: Coffee beans or a small grated chocolate topping

Step-by-Step

  1. Chill your glass – place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water while you prepare the drink.
  2. Scoop the ice cream into a shaker – let it soften for 10–15 seconds to make it easier to mix.
  3. Add the coffee liqueur, vodka, and optional espresso – then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake hard – for 15–20 seconds to blend the ice cream and chill everything properly.
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass – aim for a creamy, smooth texture.
  6. Garnish – float 3 coffee beans on top, or grate a little dark chocolate over the surface.
