Ingredients
- 40ml Three Wrens Cold Pressed Coffee Liqueur
- 25ml Vodka (use a clean, neutral vodka)
- 1 scoop of good quality vanilla ice cream
- Optional: 15ml Espresso or cold brew concentrate (for extra depth)
- Garnish: Coffee beans or a small grated chocolate topping
Step-by-Step
- Chill your glass – place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water while you prepare the drink.
- Scoop the ice cream into a shaker – let it soften for 10–15 seconds to make it easier to mix.
- Add the coffee liqueur, vodka, and optional espresso – then fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake hard – for 15–20 seconds to blend the ice cream and chill everything properly.
- Double strain into the chilled glass – aim for a creamy, smooth texture.
- Garnish – float 3 coffee beans on top, or grate a little dark chocolate over the surface.
