  • 40ml Three Wrens English Limoncello
  • 20ml White rum
  • 20ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 10ml Sugar syrup
  • 8–10 fresh mint leaves
  • Soda water (to top up)
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice
  • Lemon wheel and mint sprig (for garnish)

Step-by-Step

  1. Muddle the mint: In a tall glass, gently press the mint leaves with the sugar syrup and lemon juice to release their aroma. Avoid tearing the leaves too much.
  2. Add the spirits: Pour in 40ml of Three Wrens English Limoncello and 20ml of white rum.
  3. Fill with ice: Add ice cubes or crushed ice to the glass.
  4. Top up: Add soda water to fill the glass.
  5. Stir: Stir gently from the bottom up to lift the mint through the drink.
  6. Garnish: Add a lemon wheel and a fresh sprig of mint for a refreshing finish.
