English Limoncello

Ingredients

  • 50ml Three Wrens English Limoncello
  • 75ml Prosecco (or English sparkling wine if you prefer)
  • 25ml Soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon wheel or twist (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint sprig (optional, for garnish)

Step-by-Step

  1. Fill your glass: Add plenty of ice cubes to a large wine glass or balloon glass.
  2. Add the Limoncello: Pour 50ml of Three Wrens English Limoncello over the ice.
  3. Top up: Add 75ml of Prosecco and 25ml of soda water.
  4. Stir gently: Give the drink a gentle stir to combine the ingredients without losing too much of the fizz.
  5. Garnish: Add a wheel or twist of lemon. A sprig of fresh mint makes a lovely extra touch if you have some.
