  • 150ml Premium tonic water (light, herbal or Mediterranean-style works best)
  • Garnish: Fresh rosemary sprig, basil leaves, thyme sprig, or a thin slice of lemon
  • Ice

Step-by-Step

  1. Fill a balloon glass or large highball with ice – pack it full to keep the drink colder for longer.
  2. Pour in the gin – measure 50ml straight over the ice.
  3. Top with tonic – around 150ml, but adjust to taste.
  4. Stir gently – once or twice to mix while keeping the fizz.
  5. Garnish – choose one or two fresh herbs like rosemary or basil, or add a lemon slice for a lift of citrus
