Ingredients

  • 25ml Three Wrens Blood Orange & Apricot Gin
  • 25ml Aperol (for a lighter, fruitier bitterness)
  • 25ml Sweet vermouth
  • Garnish: Orange slice or dehydrated blood orange
  • Ice

Step-by-Step

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass – gin, Aperol, and sweet vermouth.
  2. Fill with ice and stir – stir for 20–30 seconds until the drink is well chilled and slightly diluted.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass – over a large ice cube or fresh cubed ice.
  4. Garnish – with a thin slice of orange or a dried blood orange wheel to bring out the sunset tones.
