- 50ml Three Wrens Blood Orange & Apricot Gin
- 25ml Apricot purée or nectar
- 10ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 75ml Prosecco (chilled)
- Splash of soda water (optional, to lengthen)
- Garnish: Dried apricot or an orange wheel
- Ice

- Fill a large wine glass with ice – this helps keep it cool and adds visual appeal.
- Add the gin, apricot purée, and lemon juice – stir gently to combine.
- Top with Prosecco – pour slowly to avoid fizzing over.
- Optional: add a splash of soda – for a lighter, longer serve.
- Garnish – with a dried apricot, or an orange wheel tucked into the side of the glass.
