  • 25ml Apricot purée or nectar
  • 10ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 75ml Prosecco (chilled)
  • Splash of soda water (optional, to lengthen)
  • Garnish: Dried apricot or an orange wheel
  • Ice
