Ingredients

  • 50ml Three Wrens Blood Orange & Apricot Gin
  • 15ml Triple sec (such as Cointreau)
  • 15ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 heaped teaspoon orange marmalade (fine shred or no peel works best)
  • Garnish: Orange twist or dried apricot on a stick
  • Ice

Step-by-Step

  1. Add the marmalade to your shaker – along with the lemon juice and triple sec. Stir gently to help it dissolve slightly.
  2. Add the gin and ice – then shake hard for around 15 seconds until well chilled and the marmalade is fully blended.
  3. Double strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass – use a fine strainer to catch any bits.
  4. Garnish – twist a strip of orange peel over the top to release the oils, or rest a dried apricot on the edge of the glass.
