Breakfast Martini

Ingredients
- 50ml Three Wrens Blood Orange & Apricot Gin
- 15ml Triple sec (such as Cointreau)
- 15ml Fresh lemon juice
- 1 heaped teaspoon orange marmalade (fine shred or no peel works best)
- Garnish: Orange twist or dried apricot on a stick
- Ice
Step-by-Step
- Add the marmalade to your shaker – along with the lemon juice and triple sec. Stir gently to help it dissolve slightly.
- Add the gin and ice – then shake hard for around 15 seconds until well chilled and the marmalade is fully blended.
- Double strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass – use a fine strainer to catch any bits.
- Garnish – twist a strip of orange peel over the top to release the oils, or rest a dried apricot on the edge of the glass.
