Ingredients
- 50ml Three Wrens Exquisite Citrus Gin
- 25ml Elderflower cordial
- 75ml Tonic water (light or Mediterranean style works well)
- 50ml Soda water
- 10ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- Garnish: Cucumber ribbon, mint sprig, and a lime wheel

Step-by-Step
- Fill a large wine or spritz glass with plenty of ice.
- Pour in the gin and elderflower cordial – give it a gentle stir to mix.
- Add lime juice – for a little extra zing.
- Top with tonic and soda water – pour slowly to keep it fizzy.
- Stir again lightly – just enough to combine without losing the bubbles.
- Garnish – slide a cucumber ribbon around the inside of the glass, add a fresh mint sprig and a lime wheel.
