Ingredients

  • 50ml Three Wrens Exquisite Citrus Gin
  • 75ml Sicilian lemonade (or good quality cloudy lemonade)
  • 50ml Prosecco (chilled)
  • 10ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Garnish: Lemon wheel and a sprig of thyme or rosemary
  • Ice

Step-by-Step

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice – make sure it’s well chilled.
  2. Add the gin – pour in 50ml of Three Wrens Exquisite Citrus Gin.
  3. Add lemon juice – squeeze in a touch of fresh lemon to brighten things up.
  4. Top with lemonade and prosecco – pour in the Sicilian lemonade first, then gently top with prosecco.
  5. Stir gently – give it a quick swirl to combine without knocking out the bubbles.
  6. Garnish – add a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh thyme or rosemary for aroma and presentation.
