- Prepare the Cocktail Shaker
Fill your cocktail shaker with ice. This helps chill the ingredients quickly while you mix.
- Add the Ingredients
Pour the 50ml of Three Wrens Apple Crumble Gin into the shaker. Follow it with the 25ml of fresh lemon juice, 15ml of sugar syrup (you can adjust this depending on how sweet you like your drink), and the egg white. The egg white is key to creating that silky, frothy texture.
- Dry Shake
