Tried a batch 3 recently and loved it! I love growing/using herbs and I love drinking gin so when you have a combo of both, what more could you ask for?
Beautifully fragrant and herbal, crisp and well balanced and a delicate, lingering finish. Superb!

Exceeded expectations

I ordered this gin out of curiosity and love it. It is a limited edition which is a shame but then it means that new gins will come from this amazing distillery.

Quality Gin But Disappointing

It's a nice gin, it's smooth, clean, a quality gin. But where are the herbs? I bought this because I love both rosemary and thyme - and yes, I can detect 'something' - but if you'd told me it was rosemary, thyme or indeed any herb, I'd have been surprised.
Maybe I just don't have a subtle palate? I just wanted it to taste like it said on the label.
